Stephan Klaschka is an awarded innovation executive, a passionate innovation strategy consultant, and a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of international work experience from start-ups to FORTUNE Global 500 global corporations including biopharmaceutical, healthcare, and other industries.
As an associative thinker and creative catalyst with strong business acumen, he leads and transforms organizations for agility, business growth, and exponential returns through pivotal innovations and emerging technologies in “white space”.
He held senior business operations, strategy, regulatory compliance, and innovation roles with Boehringer Ingelheim, leaving as Director of Global Innovation Management and Strategy. In this first-of-its-kind position, Mr. Klaschka's work was central to the new growth rejuvenation strategy as a catalyst to initiate and drive pivotal innovations, leadership development, and disruptive and digital transformation across the Boehringer Ingelheim group worldwide.

Golanya graduated from Bangkok University in Communication Arts in May 2022. Her focus is on inspiring the young generations to connect Beauty and Fashion Design to the topic of “Healthy Aging”. She drives innovation in these fields using Social Media platforms and advances in technology. In August 2022 she became the Founder of the CE subsidiary “GLY-Girls Like You”. As Managing Director at GLY she is also leading the GLY Flagship-Store in Pattaya/Chonburi.
